Darling's 'love' letter

Darling received a letter .. from NLB!
haaaaaaaaaaa... anyone guessed what is it for?

ya ya .. due to the hectic schedule aft darling's tai ma passed away, forgetful mommy din have the time and energy to make a trip to the library to return darling's books. Thot i went online to do renewal for the booksm but somehow missed out on one book =P

So darling received her first letter from NLB, slapping her with a fine of $1.50
Does the fines rulez apply to darling, a minor ???
