HK trip (3)

Day2 - Hongkong Island!
Early morning we woke up for morning dim sum. Dayipo saw on a SG tv prog recommendation for HK dim sum and so we went to hunt for it..
Mummy cant rem the name of the restaurant le. But its ok coz its not worth remembering .. haaa.. the service was barely there and the food they served were veri limited. The dim sum push carts were selling the same old stuff for the entire 1/2hr when we were there! When we asked the waitress (an old aunty) if there were other variety of food, she said NO. urgh.. so we had the cheong fan, bao, porridge and asked for the bill. When we were leaving then we saw the old aunty pushing her cart, with different foods!!! Then we concluded, coz hkers like to yum cha, dey can sit there the whole day, read papers, chit chat, chess etc, so it din bother them that the foods are coming out so slowly..
Here's the SR food tasting the cheong fan:

Hee... c gonggong globbing the food? hiak, hungry and yet no variety of foods to eat from:

Anyway, after our half breakfast, we took the MTR to TST, wanting to take the Ferry to HK island. Hee look at this group of typical tourists.. hee

When we were ard TST we decided to ve early lunch plus other half of our breakfast .. at Tang Dynasty (daddy and mummy visited them during our first HK trip), yum yum yum... ... we spent abt S$100 there..

After a yummy makan session we headed for the ferry BUT, who knows popo's sandals decided to give way! End up we went into TST shopping malls searching for footwear for popo. Finally, aft a long search, we found a footwear shop and popo had to spend .. hee.. S$50 for a pair of slippers/sandal!

Posing with the ferry at the pier.. darling, for the first time saw a ship and went "WOW" hee.......

We finally got ourselves to the ferry terminal! Phew!!! eventful morning? hee

Poor gonggong had to help carry sr's stroller up the stairs, where is DADDY!?

Popo and dayipo continued talking talking talking even when on the ferry...

SR touring the ferry.. hee.. if u are wondering if darling felt giddy, unstable on the ferry, YES she did. For a few times she was walking quite unsteadily

HK trip (1)

It was an approximately 4hrs flight and we arrived HK International Airport at 12plus.. After clearing the customs and getting our baggage we went off to wait for the bus to pick us up to the Hotel. It was then that we realise we forgot to claim darling's stroller from the converyor belt! Mummy n daddy went off to Cathay Pacific desk to claim the stroller and by the time we got the stroller, it was already 2plus.. haizzz... precious time wasted!

We took the bus to hotel and it was 4plus by the time we got to our hotel. The weather is cooling! heee.. and mummy had darling wrapped up (darling in her "act cute pose":

Here's HK Disney Hotel.. no we din stay there, it was one of the stops that the bus stopped at to drop a family of three:

We went for a late late lunch. HK famous wanton mee.. yummy yummy .. po po even asked the boss if po po could buy the wanton (uncooked) back to SG!

After filling our tummies, mummy n daddy took darling back to hotel for dinner (cereal + milk) and Dayi, Popo, Gonggong and Dayipo went sight seeing:
